Ingredients

750 Grams Minced Beef | 250 Grams Beef Fat | 2 Tablespoons Paprika | 4 Tablespoons Minced Garlic | 2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano | 2 Tablespoon Dried Basil | 2 Tablespoon Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes | 2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree | 2 Tablespoons Diced Jalapenos | 200 Grams Pizza Cheese | 16 Grams Salt | 3 Grams Coarse Black Pepper |

Instructions

1. Prepare the Mixture - In a large bowl, combine the minced beef and beef fat with all the remaining ingredients.
2. Mix Thoroughly - Use your hands or a Carnivore Collective Mixer to blend everything until the ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture becomes slightly sticky.
3. Rest the Mixture (Optional but recommended) - Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
4. Fill the Casings - Load the mixture into a Sausage Filler and carefully fill your sausage casings, ensuring there are no air pockets. Twist into desired lengths.
5. Cook to your liking - Cook the sausages by grilling, pan-frying, or smoking until fully cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
6. Serve and enjoy - Serve hot on their own, in a roll, or sliced into your favourite pasta or pizza dishes.
