Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. If you're located in a remote or regional area, additional delivery time or shipping fees may apply. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Most standard delivieries arrive within 3-10 business days.
Bulky or heavy items may require additional handling time and may be shipped via freight carrier.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location.
For large or heavy items, we use freight services, and shipping quotes may be provided after your order is placed. In this case, we will contact you directly to confirm freight costs and delivery arrangements

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from 161 Vincent Rd, Wangaratta for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person. You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Terms

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address details.
Deliveries may require some to be present to sign or receive the goods, especially for larger or high-value items.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card may be left, and redelivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist promptly.
