Returns Policy

At Carnivore Collective, we are commited to providing high-quality butchery equipment and outstanding customer service. Please take care when selecting your items, as we do not offer refund for change-of-mind purchases.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes, an item might not be exactly what you expected. If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, please note the following conditions:
1. Merchandise Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the item's value, less the cost of shipping replacement items.
2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind purchases.
4. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in as-new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Items returned in an unfit condition will not be accepted.
5. Return Request Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests must be made in writing or by phone.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item (rather than receive a store credit) we're happy to assist where possible:
1. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
2. All change-of-mind exchange terms (outlined) above still apply, including the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
3. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

Please contact us to confirm whether an exchange is available for your selected item.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a faulty item please submit your claim through our warranty portal. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return
