What types of butchery equipment do you supply?

We supply everything from meat slicers, mincers, and bandsaws to sausage stuffers, meat processing tools, rubs & seasonings, butcher knives and sharpening steels. Whether you're a home butcher or running a small shop, we've got the tools you need.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. You'll see an estimate at checkout, or you can contact us directly for a detailed quote—especially for larger or international orders. We currently offer shipping Australia Wide and international shipping to New Zealand only.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale rates for bulk orders or ongoing supply agreements. If you're buying for a business or placing a large order, get in touch with us for custom pricing and discounts.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your equipment?

Our #12, #22 & #32 Mincers come with an industry leading 3 year warranty. Most other equipment is covered by a 1-year warranty. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues, our support team is ready to help with repairs, replacements, or guidance.

Can I get spare parts for your equipment?

Yes. We stock nearly all spare parts for the equipment we sell, so you can keep everything running smoothly with minimal downtime. Whether you need a replacement blade, motor part, or seal, you will find it online or contact us and we'll get it sorted quickly.

What is your return policy?

We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may issue a merchandise credit (minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee). Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please note: Warranty claims are handled separately through our online warranty portal.
