Nacho Supreme Sausage Seasoning
Description:
Bring a taste of nacho night to the barbecue. Corn, tomato and cheese combine with chilli, garlic, onion and coriander for a savoury, Mexican-inspired sausage full of flavour.
Best paired with: Pork, Beef or Venison
Size:
One packet seasons a 5kg batch of meat.
What You Need:
5kg of your chosen meat combination
1 packet Carnivore Collective Nacho Sausage Seasoning
450mL Chilled Water
50ml Lime Juice
500g Diced Colby Cheese(Optional)
100g Diced Pickled Jalapeno Chillies(Optional)
150g Chunky Salsa Dip(Optional)
Your choice of sausage casings

Who doesn't love loaded nachos? Take your sausages to the next level by mixing in some diced jalapeños, salsa and extra cheese for the ultimate loaded nacho-inspired snag!
Method:
Mince chilled meat using a fine to medium plate.
Add the seasoning and chilled water to the meat.
Mix thoroughly, kneading until the mixture becomes sticky.
Fill your chosen casings.

Corn, salt, tomato, soy protein, cheese powder (milk solids, cheese solids [pasteurised milk, salt, starter culture, enzymes], salt, food acid [citric acid]), chilli, mango, onion, garlic, spice, coriander.

Storage: Keep the mixture chilled throughout preparation. Refrigerate finished sausages and cook within 24 hours, or freeze promptly.
