5kg Batch - 45g per 1kg of meat

What You Need:

• 5kg Chicken Thighs (skin on) or any combination of meat (Approx. 30% fat)
  
• 500ml Coconut Milk (chilled)
  
• 1 packet Carnivore Collective Butter Chicken Sausage Seasoning

Method:

1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
   
2. Combine spices and Coconut Milk with meat.
   
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
   
4. Fill chosen casings.
