Description:

Bring a familiar savoury BBQ flavour to your next batch of homemade sausages. Tomato, onion, paprika and garlic combined with herbs for a crowd-pleasing mix inspired by a classic Aussie snack. Delicious on its own, or add grated cheese and caramelised onion for your own twist.

Size:

5kg Batch - 45g to 1kg of meat.

What You Need:

• 5kg Pork (approximately 30% fat)
• 1pk Carnivore Collective BBQ Shapes Sausage Mix
• 500mL water, chilled
• 1 Cup Crushed BBQ Shapes (Optional)
• Your choice of sausage casings

Method:

1. Mince meat with a medium plate.
   
2. Combine spices, bbq shapes and water with meat.
   
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
   
4. Fill chosen casings.
