Description:

Serve in a crusty bread roll with pickled carrot, cucumber, fresh coriander, chilli and a generous spread of pâté or mayonnaise for the full Banh Mi experience.

Size:

One kit makes 5kg of sausages.

What You Need:

• 5kg pork (approximately 30% fat)

• 1 pack Carnivore Collective Banh Mi Sausage Seasoning Kit

• Chilled water, as directed on the pack

• Your choice of sausage casings

• 75mL rice wine vinegar

• 75mL soy sauce

Method:

1. Mince meat using a medium plate.

2. Add the seasoning and chilled water according to the pack instructions.

3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it becomes sticky.

4. Fill your chosen casings.
