This 535g Cleaver is perfect for the everyday Butcher, Meat Worker, Hunter, Fishermen and Farmer. It is made with a slip resistant handle and made from a high carbon stainless steel. The blade extends into the handle of the knife for safety and stability. This knife is great for breaking down larger pieces of meat and bone.
