Mum’s Curried Sausages Description:
These tasty sausages will take you right back to the flavours of your mum’s curried sausages. Packed with classic Indian spices and whole fermented peppercorns, it’s a combination which will work with any combination of meat you might like to try. This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.
Best paired with: Lamb, Pork, Venison and Goat
Size:
5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.
What you need:
- 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison or Goat or any combination of meat (30% fat)
- 500mL water, chilled
- 1pk Carnivore Collective Mum’s Curried Sausage Mix
Method:
1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
2. Combine spices and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.
