Butter Chicken Description:
Bring the family favourite curry flavour to life with this tasty Butter Chicken mix. Combine with minced skin-on chicken thighs for the ultimate chicken burger or delicious snag. Serve with cucumber raita (yoghurt) for that real taste of India.

5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat
What you need:
- 5kg Chicken Thighs (skin on) or any combination of meat (Approx. 30% fat)
- 500ml Coconut Milk (chilled)
- 1 packet Carnivore Collective Butter Chicken Sausage Seasoning
Method:
1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
2. Combine spices and Coconut Milk with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.
