Ingredients
Venison Any Leg Cut | 1 x Carnivore Collective Peri Peri Jerky Seasoning
Instructions
1. Put Venison through Carnivore Collective Jerky slicer to achieve perfect peices.
2. Mix 30g (Per 1kg of Meat) of Carnivore Collective Peri Peri Jerky Seasoning with 1/2 cup Soy Sauce and 1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce.
3. Add sliced venison to the marinade and toss until all the the pieces are evening coated.
4. Cover with Plastic wrap or transfer to a zip lock bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight. Toss the meat (or flip the bag) once or twice to be sure the meat marinates evenly.
5. Drain well and Dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 70C.
