10pk Natural Dehydrated Salami Casings:

Single natural dehydrated salami casings measure:
  •  Γ˜55mm x 40cm (filled) or 85mm flat
  • Holds approximately 650-850g meat each skin
  • Suitable for size #12 netting.
This quality product is made from natural dehydrated skin, not a synthetic material. To rehydrate them we recommend a quick dip in wine to wet both the inner and outer skin and fill. As with any dehydrated product the more the skin is in contact with liquid the softer they will become and will be more susceptible to breakage.

Size 12 Netting:

Heavy duty double elastic red netting. Used for curing meats giving a constant pressure. Double strand salami netting is Italian made and comes in a continual length. It is used to keep salami and cured sausages held tightly together during the drying and curing process. Save time continually having to retighten the support twine and try out this Italian made net that has been produced specifically for this purpose.

30m Spool White Twine:

Salami twine is a specially processed cotton twine that has been coated with a special food safe coating and is used for the production of fresh sausages, salami and cured meats.

The twine has been specifically designed so that it can be pulled tightly around your produce without damaging or tearing your casings or wrap sheets (it is also gentle on your hands and fingers if you’re tying a lot of product).
