Netted Non Edible Collagen Casing for Salami is a high-performance, non-edible casing system combining durable fibrous material with integrated elastic netting. Designed for dry and semi-dry salami production, it enables efficient processing while delivering consistent shape and an attractive netted finish.

The fibrous casing provides excellent strength and permeability, allowing for uniform curing, drying, and smoking. The integrated netting ensures even compression and a traditional artisanal appearance, enhancing product presentation.

Measurements:

Single Salami Casings Measure:

  • Ø60mm x 550mm (filled) or 85mm flat
  • Holds approx 1.3kg to 1.5kg meat each per casing
Soaking Time:
  • Pieces: Soak approx 10 minutes, with 10-15% cold salt-water solution.
  • Shirred: Soak approx 20-30 minutes, with 10-15% cold salt-water solution.
  • Bundles: Soak approx 20 minutes, with 10-15% cold salt-water solution.
