Description:

This S/S Meat Processing Gambrel Hook now has a thicker stainless steel, this gambrel can be used to hang lamb/goat/deer/cow/pig in a cool room or on rails. A gambrel hook or stick is a frame with hooks for suspending a carcass in a more spread out fashion.
