Valuable hand tool that aids the user in boning out larger meat carcasses and handling broken down pieces. Bright orange handle made of easy grip, slip resistant, FDA approved polypropylene. Stainless steel hooks are hardened to a spring temper. The boning hook measures 4 1/2" or 11.4cm in length when measured from the based to the tip diagonally.
