This 10″/25cm Wide Blade Scalloped Cimeter Knife is perfect for the everyday Butcher, Meat Worker, Hunter, Fishermen and Farmer. It is made with a slip resistant handle and made from a high carbon stainless steel. The blade extends into the handle of the knife for safety and stability. This knife is great for breaking down larger pieces of meat into smaller cuts for mincing when making salami or sausages. The curved blade is designed to break through tough skin.
