Brent Ibrom – Business Owner & Trade Butcher

Brent is the heart and soul of Carnivore Collective. A trade-qualified butcher with nearly 20 years in the business, Brent’s passion runs deep. He’s a lifelong advocate for sustainable food traditions and hands-on skills, whether that’s curing bacon, crafting sausages, or helping someone break down their first beast. If he’s not elbow-deep in a mix, he’s fine-tuning the product range to make sure it’s the best on the market. Education, quality, and good yarns around the smoker are what drive him.

Dameon – Operations Manager

A renowned local chef with over 16 years of experience, Dameon brings serious culinary chops to the team. He’s been part of Carnivore Collective since day one and keeps the day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled smoker. From coordinating orders to ensuring our products meet the high standards, Dameon’s got it covered.

Chelsea – General Manager

Chelsea wears more hats than a cold day in the bush. Website Maintenance? Tick. Marketing? Tick. Admin, logistics, team support? Tick, tick, tick. She's the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jack of all trades? More like master of many.

Andrea – Postage & Packing

Andrea is the reason your gear shows up on time and packed to perfection. She’s in charge of posting out every parcel, making sure it arrives safe and sound. Quietly efficient and always reliable, Andrea is an essential link between us and our customers.

Jackie – Customer Service Assistant

Jackie is one of the friendly voices on the other end of your call, email, or DM. She helps keep our customer service top-notch and makes sure you’re never left hanging. Got a question? Jackie’s probably already sorted it.

Dean – Customer Service Assistant

Dean’s here to help too—whether you need advice on gear, a nudge in the right direction, or just someone to talk to about your latest butchery project. What you might not know? Dean’s a keen marathon runner. When he’s not solving problems at Carnivore Collective, he’s clocking up serious kilometres on the trail.
